Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with every order from Best Land Market. If something is not right, write to us at sharifzadeh.app@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

Changed your mind

You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Items we cannot take back

Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery
Gift cards
Pet clothing that has been worn, for hygiene reasons, unless it arrived faulty

Refund timing

Once we receive and check a return, or approve a claim for a damaged item, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Digital guides and reviewed offers

Some products on our site are independent reviews of guides and programs sold by other companies. When you buy one of those through our link, the official seller processes your payment, delivers the product and handles refunds under their own guarantee. Please contact the seller listed on your receipt. If you are unsure who that is, email us and we will help you find them.
