These terms apply to your use of bestlandmarket.com and to any purchase you make from Best Land Market ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount shown at the time of purchase. Shipping and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizes may vary slightly. If an item is not as described, our refund policy applies.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Reviews of third-party offers and affiliate links

Some pages review guides, programs or products sold by other companies. Those purchases are made on the seller's website under the seller's own terms. We are not a party to that sale and are not responsible for the seller's products, delivery or refunds. We may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. Our reviews are our honest opinion and are not professional, medical, financial or legal advice.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use. Text, images and design on this site belong to Best Land Market or its licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
