Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Remote areas and busy holiday periods can take longer. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the items in your cart.

Multiple packages

Some products ship from different warehouses. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking link.

Customs and duties

Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or missing packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at sharifzadeh.app@gmail.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
